Making a list of the Top 10 beaches is not an easy task, because there are so many beautiful beaches in this planet.  But I mention many more hundreds of beaches in this website to compensate.

This list was made with the help of National Geographic. I have been reading national Geographic magazine since I was a child many years ago. Nobody sees the world like they do.

Seychelles Beaches

Seychelles Beaches

Going once in a lifetime to the Seychelles islands in the Indian Ocean is a dream shared by many. These islands look like if paradise was brought to us and planted on the waters of the ocean. This is a 115 islands archipelago not far from the eastern coasts of Africa.

The most known beach on the islands is Anse Source d’Argent across the island of La Digge. The white sands sparkle against the towering granite boulders created by the force of weather and time. A reef protects the shallow crystal turquoise waters.

The Hamptons, New York

Located on Long Island, New York the Hampton is one of the most beautiful beaches on the east Coast of the United States. The shoreline is unspoiled and runs east to the end of the island at Montauk. The Atlantic Ocean is bordered by sand dunes and vegetation providing the most needed shade. This is for sure one of the Top 10 Beaches.

This is a World Heritage Site, designated by UNESCO. It is an unspoiled paradise, and ecologist’s dream with 1,700 square km. There is a rainforest that emerges from the sands featuring 1000 year old trees. On this beach you may find accommodation for all kind of budgets, from the backpackers to the most luxurious resorts.

Lanikai Beach, Hawaii

The endless sunshine of Hawaii accompanied by sparkling white sands and swaying palm trees has made Lanikai Beach one of Hawaii’s best beaches. A coral reef protects the shores from the surf, making it relatively calm. The ever green waters provide postcard perfect ambience to spend hours sunbathing and swimming.

St. Barths

St. Barths

The tiny island of St Barthélemy is one of the French Caribbean Islands that stands out for its French chic and relaxed atmosphere. It has beautiful secluded beaches, the best French cuisine in the area, that is as good the one of neighboring St Martin, that is my favorite. This island is a playground for jet-setter that come here to disappear from the reach of Paparazzi. The island is just 13 km long and has about 20 beaches and secluded coves for swimmers and sunbathers.
