Bondi Beach, Australia
It is located neat Sydney Australia. Bondi’s name means “Water Breaking over the Rocks” in the language of the aborigines. The first surfing club was founded here in 1907 and thrill seekers have been coming since then.
Santa Cruz, California
This place in California, is known for the difficulty of the waves. It is the home of the O'Neill brothers, who are who created the first surf shop in the 1950s, selling boards and vests glued together to make a wetsuit.
Kuta Beach, Bali
This is considered an epic spot in the world of surfing. Kuta Beach is where surfing began in Bali with its white sands and amazing palm trees. Today it is a world-renowned resort city in Indonesia.
Hossegor, France
Located in the southwestern coast of France it offers fine beach breaks and abundant waves. The area has a better weather pattern than Northern Europe. It is close to Spain, meaning it is close to San Sebastian for even more breaks.
Playa Naranjo, Costa Rica
Costa Rica is today a real surfers Mecca, with consistent waves year-round. Playa Naranjo is in the northern Pacific coast of this Central America country. It has some of the best breaks and great winds from December through March.
Jeffreys Bay, South Africa
It is considered one of the top surfing destinations in the world due to the great weather and the consistency of the waves. This is one of South Africa's best.
Rincón, Puerto Rico
On the west coast of Puerto Rico, Rincón is a two-hour drive west of San Juan. For some good reasons it is called the Maui of the Caribbean.
